Warranty Conditions


DELTA 5 Year Limited Warranty

Your luggage is covered for 5 years from the original purchase date to the original owner under the DELTA Warranty against defects related to workmanship.

If such a defect appears, and upon presentation of your dated proof of purchase and this original warranty tag, the luggage will be repaired within 30 days of receipt.

If a repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided from available inventory. Please note that the same model, size, and color are not guaranteed.

DELTA will not accept any returns without prior authorization from our Customer Care Department.

All luggage sent to us must be prepaid and must have our claim number clearly labeled on the package.


This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consequential damages

  • Repairs made by unauthorized personnel

  • Damage caused by public carriers, including airlines

  • Shipping is not covered; customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

If your luggage is damaged by a carrier, you must file a claim with the carrier immediately. Most airlines will not accept baggage claims after 48 hours. It is important that you carefully inspect your luggage upon arrival and file any claim with the airline before leaving the airport.
